Gmina Czernikowo is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Toruń County, Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship, in north-central Poland. Its seat is the village of Czernikowo, which lies approximately 24 kilometres (15 mi) south-east of Toruń.
