Gaganachari (transl.Celestial traveller) is an Indian Malayalam language science fiction comedy film. It is set in 2040s Kerala where three men meet a mysterious alien. It stars Anarkali Marikar, Gokul Suresh, Aju Varghese and K. B. Ganesh Kumar. The film was premiered through 'Kerala Pop Con' on 28 January at the Kochi Panambilly Nagar Rotary Club.[1] The film has a limited theatrical release on 21 June 2024, and met with positive responses from audience and critics.[2][3][4][5][6]

Synopsis
editSet in a dystopian version of Kerala in 2043, 'Gaganachari' explores the comedic chaos that happens when an apartment inhabited by three problematic bachelors becomes a refuge for an extraterrestrial female fugitive.

Future
editDirector Arun Chandu and the team behind Gaganachari are planning to expand the Gaganachari universe with their next feature, starring actor Suresh Gopi in the lead role within the same storyline.[14]
