edit

We on the RuneScape Wiki don't like our current logo. We have a discussion about this. (go to our wiki, then forums, then tavern, then New logo?. We have a question about wether we can use the wiki logo as number 21, a modified version of this picture. Thanks for any help. Just so everyone knows, we decided to change our logo to something that wasn't Wikipedia-based. C Teng(talk) 18:40, 2 May 2010 (UTC)Reply

Vector version ?

edit

I'm using firefox 3 beta, and it allows full page zoom - the images are scaled together with the text. I prefer WP this way, except the highly pixelated logo (and other bitmap graphics, but it's less of an issue). Does anyone else think it might be a good idea to switch to some vector format for the image ? —Preceding unsigned comment added by WarKosign (talkcontribs) 09:44, 2 December 2007 (UTC)Reply

I hope I'm not the first to notice that the attempted devanagari script "wi" (far left, just left of Chinese) on the logo is mangled pretty badly. Whatever font or program was used to make this didn't understand Indic scripts. The "i" symbol should go around the "w" symbol, not after it. This appears to say "wa?i" (where the question mark represents a nonsensical lack of any consonant). Xezlec (talk) 23:39, 7 February 2008 (UTC)Reply

Come on, this is pretty embarrassing! Does anyone know who I can talk to to try and get this mistake fixed? Xezlec (talk) 17:23, 24 April 2008 (UTC)Reply
