editAccording to Wikipedia:Music samples "Copyrighted, unlicensed music samples should generally not be longer than 30 seconds or 10% of the length of the original song, whichever is shorter. For songs under 5 minutes in length, 10% is shorter.", which means that this sample should be no longer than 25.5 seconds to comply with fair use (4 x 60 seconds + 15 = 255, 10% of which is 25.5 seconds).
