Given the color scheme of the pass, it is difficult to tell if these are printed or live. The Mears signature is probably not live. Brown shading and ornate logo. Otto Mears built hundreds of miles of toll roads in the San Juan Mountains in Colorado's early history. His ability to build roads in difficult terrain gave him the nickname "Pathfinder of the San Juans." |
