Invoice from Sells-Floto Circuses to court receiver for fees associated with housing livestock from Wild West Show (English)
Sells-Floto Circuses rented space from their winter quarters in Denver to the court receiver for the purpose of housing livestock to be sold in public auction in connection with the bankruptcy of Buffalo Bill's Wild West Show. Partners in the Sells-Floto Circuses were Frederick Bonfils and Harry Tammen, owners of The Denver Post, who also appear in other documents in this case file. Following the liquidation of the Wild West Show, William "Buffalo Bill" Cody was employed by Sells-Floto, making personal appearances in their performances during 1914 and 1915. (English)
