Major General Eduard Mykhailovych Moskaliov[a] (Ukrainian: Едуард Михайлович Москальов; born 22 December 1973) is a major general of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.

Moskaliov at the base of the International Center for Peacekeeping and Security of the National Academy of Ground Forces named after Hetman Peter Sahaidachny.

Career

Moskaliov was the commanding officer of the Joint forces Operation from March 2022 until being dismissed without a public reason in February 2023.[1]

In August 2024 Moskaliov was appointed military commandant of the territory in Kursk Oblast occupied by Ukraine during the August 2024 Kursk Oblast incursion.[2]
