eCourier has expanded its operations since its establishment in 2014, offering various delivery services in Bangladesh.[2]
In 2019, eCourier received an investment from a Hong Kong-based Chinese company, which contributed to its growth and expansion across Bangladesh.[3]
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, eCourier served as a logistics provider for governmental entities and city councils in Bangladesh, providing essential services to the population.[4]
Currently, the company operates multiple sub-offices and hubs with a significant number of employees, serving numerous districts and partnering with various stakeholders across Bangladesh.[5]

eCourier provides person-to-person delivery, merchant delivery, instant payment (InstaPay)[6][7] for merchants, international shipping,[8] air parcel,[9][10] warehouse facilities, order fulfillment, call center support, bKash on delivery,[11] and parcel pick and drop services.
The company also offers order fulfillment, parcel collection, transport, tracking, last-mile delivery, and international shipping services.[12]

Biplob Ghosh Rahul serves as the CEO and Managing Director of eCourier.[13]
Partnerships and collaborations edit
- In January 2022, eCourier collaborated with Aramex to enable door-to-door cross-border delivery from Bangladesh, enhancing international shipping services for customers.[14][15][16]
- eCourier signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with SSLCommerz to enhance its payment solutions for customers, improving the payment experience for eCourier's customers.[17]
- BRAC Bank partnered with eCourier to provide the country's first digital SME loan to eCourier's merchants, supporting the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).[18]
