This seems like a valid WP:BOLD move following a no consensus discussion. My evaluation of the sources in the Rajput-Mughal version of the article is that insofar as they discuss the topic, they discuss the broader phenomenon of political marriages in India; cited examples discussed in the AfD discussion do not appear to discuss the concept of a Rajput-Mughal marriage alliance in itself but rather just mention examples of them or examine the examples individually as historical events, not as examples of a type. So, with that in mind, it seems like this move and rewrite is strictly an improvement for the article. _signed, Rosguill ^talk 13:51, 10 June 2024 (UTC)
