This was tagged as a copyright violation, but the source turns out to be from the US government and is public domain. The source is this PDF which indicates on the page footer Reprinted from MedlinePlus Genetics (https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/). Per the copyright information page for medlineplus.gov, the site is a mixture of public domain and copyrighted content. The list of content that is not copyrighted is Summaries on Genetics pages, including health condition, gene, and chromosome pages and the Help Me Understand Genetics handbook. with a link to the URL https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/. The original page can be found at https://medlineplus.gov/genetics/condition/med13l-syndrome/ which is one of the genetics summary and has no copyright notice which copyrighted content would carry on this site.
