Notability

edit

The Journal of Family Research is included in Clarivate's Journal Citation Ranking, currently holding a Journal Impact Factor of 2.8 (2022). It has been included in this database for years, also under its previous title "Zeitschrift für Familienforschung | Journal of Family Research". Having an impact factor logically means that the content of the journal is regularly cited. Therefore, the Journal of Family Research satisfys the criteria 1 and 2 that are necessary to be considered a "notable" journal. Baifb2023 (talk) 14:46, 30 November 2023 (UTC)Reply

This claim is currently only supported by the journal's own website. Please cite the original source (Clarivate), which should also confirm that the journal is included in the main report and not the Emerging Sources Citation Index (which is expressly excluded from this criterion #1.c).
