Thanks, Greenman, for your review of the draft. I have checked all information again, added sources and re-referenced existing footnotes where possible. Ca had already removed some promotional statements, so I've checked this again and shortened the draft where possible. Therefore, it will be resubmitted, and I highly appreciate any further feedback.
