Draft talk:Intergovernmental Conference for Constitutional Treaty

Note on the necessity of this page

There seems to be confusion in the Intergovernmental Conference page. The Convention on the Future of Europe was not an IGC. It was a convention which provided a draft for the IGC. Upon examination of the Treaty establishing a Constitution for Europe I found that most of the discussion is about the substance of the treaty (that is to say legal contents). Therefore I believe it necessary to include said page. To possible contributers:
