Zeti Suhaila Mustafa Kamal was born in Hospital Raja Permaisuri Bainun, Ipoh Perak in 1972.
She is the co-founder of Dapur Jalanan Ipoh and Projek Sahur With the Homeless[1], two NGOs that are based in Perak.
In her 20s, Zeti worked at a restaurant near a rehabilitation centre for recovering drug addicts and ex-prisoners where most of them are homeless. Besides, giving the restaurant's leftover food, Zeti even forks her cash to help them.
In 2014, together with some friends, she co-founded Dapur Jalanan Ipoh where they distributed food to the homeless and those in need biweekly.
Projek Sahur With the Homeless[2] was a project she started by herself back in 2010. The project garnered attention from the public and political party such as Barisan Nasional, Yayasan Bina Upaya and Jabatan Pertahanan Awam Malaysia.
She was nominated for the Star Golden Hearts Award in 2021[3]
She is among the activists in Perak who focus on assisting the homeless and
