General Yasunori Morishita (森下泰典, Morishita Yasunori) (24 December 1965) is a Japanese military general who serves as the incumbent Chief of the Ground Staff, JGSDF since March 2023. Prior to becoming army chief, he previously served as the commander of the Ground Component Command.
