Windsor University[1] is an American University licensed by the Higher Education Licensure Commission (HELC)[2] of The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE),[3] Washington DC. The university operates through distance-learning methods (online learning).

Higher education licensure commission active institutes include Cornell University, Brown University, Carnegie Mellon University, Dartmouth College, and others.[4]

Windsor University was launched in 2019. The university founder, Amr Abbas, started his journey in 2018. He faced a lot of difficulties in the beginning but soon succeeded. Although the university has no campus due to its distance-learning nature, the university uses a shared office in Herndon, VA as a back office.

The first Windsor University class started classes in 2019, studying for Associate's and Master's in Business Administration degrees.

Windsor University offers Master's in Business Administration program for 30 credits (1.5 years). The program aims to improve the work force in the US through a set of Business Administration courses. The online learning management system helps students to study flexible despite their busy schedules.
