Whisper Canyon is an affluent gated community located within the city of Castle Pines, Colorado. The community offers breathtaking panoramic views of the entire Front Range mountains, adorned with snowcapped peaks and captivating sunsets. It also provides a commanding view overlooking the Daniels Park Buffalo Reserve.
According to the Douglas County Assessor’s Office website, the combined actual value of these homes and the three vacant lots, based on 2021 data, was over $67.2 million. That valuation does not include home contents or the value of businesses operated from homes. Although two roads lead into this neighborhood, both Whisper Canyon Road and Twisted Oak Drive terminate at Buffalo Trail.
