Wendell Mosby (born January 20, 1978), is an American politician, motivational speaker, and community organizer, who served as a board of trustee member at Prairie State Community College, District #515 in Chicago Heights, Illinois from 2011-2017. He was unsuccessful in a 2004 bid for school board member for the Rich Township school district and a congressional run in 2020 for the U.S. representative vacated seat for Indiana's 1st congressional district.

Early life and career

Mosby was born and raised in Chicago Heights, Illinois. After graduating from Rich Central High School, he earned a bachelor's degree in journalism from Iowa State University.

Mosby worked as a foster care therapeutic mentor at Aunt Martha's Health and Wellness

Personal life

Mosby and his wife Tiffany have one child who was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes in 2021.
