editVumile Msweli (born 14 May 1986) is a South African entrepreneur, executive coach, columnist, author of the Career Accelerator Journal, and philanthropist. She is the founder of the Hesed Africa Foundation. Msweli has built a career in human capital, telecommunications, and financial services. She is the founder and CEO of Hesed Consulting, a Pan-African human capital consultancy, and the Hesed Africa Foundation, which focuses on career development, education, and women's empowerment.
