Victor doesn't own any aircraft but specializes in on-demand private jet charter services, including access to empty leg flights.

FlyVictor operates as an online platform connecting travelers with a network of accredited operators and aircraft owners. Unlike other brokers, FlyVictor offer a fully transparent, subscription-free, globally ‘on-demand’ platform.^[2]
