Union Pacific 4420 is an 0-6-0 Steam locomotive built in August 1914 by the Lima Locomotive Works for the Union Pacific Railroad. The locomotive was retired 1957 and was donated to the City of Evanston in 1958 until in 1981 the locomotive was moved to Railyard Park. In 2019 the announcement of the locomotive is about to be restored into operating condition and in Dec 4, 2020 the locomotive was loaded onto a truck and was donated to the roundhouse for restoration.

Union Pacific 4420 was built by the Lima Locomotive Works in 1914 as UP 1271. it was renumbered 4420 in 1915. The locomotive was retired from revenue service in 1957 and was donated to the City of Evanston in 1958 until 1981 the locomotive was moved to Railyard Park.[1][2][3][4] In 2019 the announcement of the locomotive is about to be restored into operating condition and in Dec 4, 2020 the locomotive was loaded onto a truck and was donated to the roundhouse for restoration.[5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13]
