Tim Lewis

Tim Lewis (born November 7, 1980) is a former television news reporter and sportscaster for KOMO-TV in Seattle, Washington.

Tim worked at KOMO-TV from 2012-2016.[1] Before arriving at KOMO-TV, Tim was the Sports Director at KREM (TV) in Spokane, Washington. [2] He also served as a sports reporter and anchor at KIMA-TV in Yakima, Washington, [3] and as a news reporter at KEPR-TV in Pasco, Washington. Tim graduated from Washington State University. [4]

Tim is the son of former longtime KOMO-TV anchorman Dan Lewis (newsreader). He and his dad worked together at KOMO-TV from 2012 to 2014,[5] making them the second father-son duo to work on-air at the same television station in the Seattle market behind KIRO-TV weathermen Harry and Andy Wappler. [6]

After leaving the television news industry, Tim started Moarly Creative, a video production and content creation company based in Seattle.[7] He has also appeared in the feature films Martingale, starring William Shockley (actor) and Kelly Sullivan (actress), and Winter Island. [8]

Personal Life

Tim is married and has two children. He and his wife Tove Tupper run a Seattle-based blog called Seattle Bloggers.[9]
