Thomas Authur Potter (1865 - ?) was a farmer and state legislator in Kansas. He was born in Richland County, Illinois. He lived in Blue Mound, Kansas. He was a Republican.

He served in the Kansas House of Representatives from 1921 - 1927 and in the Kansas Senate from 1929 - 1931.[1]
