The Woodlands Hills is a master planned community developed by Howard Hughes Holdings Inc. in the U.S. state of Texas in the Greater Houston metropolitan area, located in Conroe and Willis, Texas. The Woodlands Hills is situated 13 miles north of The Woodlands, Texas, along Interstate 45 in Montgomery County. As of a 2023 demographics by Claritas, The Woodlands Hills had a population of 2,375. Claritas estimates an ultimate projected population of 15,100.
