Introduction edit

The Pakistan Business Forum is an advocacy group[4] for the country's trade and industry. From its inception, PBF has established itself as an effective representative for the business community. The forum consistently strives to ensure a level playing field for trade and industry in Pakistan. Additionally, PBF has initiated a series of workshops focused on youth and women entrepreneurship.

Objectives of the PBF edit

The foundational documents of the PBF outline its primary goals as follows:

1. Facilitate discussions and exchange opinions on issues related to business operations within and outside Pakistan. 2. Organize and conduct research activities, workshops, seminars, and surveys to increase awareness and collect information on local business impacts. 3. Collect, analyze, and disseminate statistics, data, and other relevant business information both domestically and internationally. 4. Promote the integration of Pakistani businesses into the global economy and support the growth of local multinational corporations. 5. Collaborate with government entities to contribute to Pakistan's economic development and enhance social and human resource development. 6. Advocate for a "Made in Pakistan" policy, urging the government to resolve conflicting policies and highlight the importance of domestic industries being globally competitive.
