The Museum Shift is a game developed by Osiris Games Official during late 2023. It features characters from Scott Cawthon’s Five Nights at Freddy’s franchise, though each one has a surprising twist on the old characters.
Although the creator did origianlly admit to not liking the graphics, as they aren’t rendered, the creator now says “It’s just my distinguishing style, isn’t it?” Feeling sentimental about the older games in the Five Night’s at Freddy’s franchise, the creator reused some of Scott’s original sound effects, each one pertaining to the character’s original introduction game (For example, Springtrap’s jumpscare sound effect is the same one you can hear in Five Night’s at Freddy’s 3, and Lefti’s jumpscare sound effect is the same one as in Five Night’s at Freddy’s Pizzaria Simulator).
The creator states “I spent so much time and effort on this project instead of just releasing some shoddy piece of trash I concocted in a few months that I missed the deadline by a whole two months.” Of course, that being said, the demo of this game was only just released on November 23, 2023, and the official game’s release isn’t set until midnight of December 24, 2023.
