Draft:The Acappella Stunt Song Concept

This song concept has been developed by the vocal group Risiboys, which consists of 15 men from Fredrikstad in Norway. It was first tested in London in 2008 and has later been further developed by Risiboys through a series of visits to European capitals and other tourist magnets. It consists of performing spontaneously, without asking permission, with four-part acappella singing. The group does not want money for this. The performances should be a surprise for those present, and are only for spreading joy, both for the audience and, of course, also for the song-loving vocal group's own members. You sing outside in the streets in places where there are good enough acoustics and many people to listen. But also inside (and outside) restaurants, museums and other tourist attractions. Small short barbershop tags have also proven to work excellently on narrow buses and in escalators where people are standing still and bored. Risiboys seem to be quite unique for this song genre, but would like to welcome more singing groups that pick up the successful concept.
