The San Antonio Outlaws were founded in 2008 by Fred Davis to give the kids of San Antonio a really good competitive youth football team. The Outlaws won their first championships one year after they were founded in 2009. These championships were: Flag, Midget (Tykes), and Rookies. Over the next five years, the Outlaws won 11 TYFA State Championships. These were also the years the hit TV show Friday Night Tykes was filmed.
