editSurbhi Shukla was born in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and raised in Ratlam. She belongs to a Bramhin family currently residing in Ujjain. Her father served in the Police force and now retired.[1] Surbhi and her brothers are entrepreneurs running boutiqe hotel, guest homes, and homestays under the name sukoon the Legacy in Ujjain.[2][3]
