Shaun R. Hayes is entrepreneur, banker, and a felon. He was born 11/02/1959 in Thayer, Missouri. He was sentenced in the Missouri Eastern District Court May 2018 to spend 68 months in federal prison and ordered to pay $5,048,003.67 in restitution. ^[1]
