Seagull Property Developers (SPD) was a Sri Lankan Property Development company well known for constructing condominiums and apartments in the Colombo suburbs. Established in 2003, the company has built several apartment buildings in Wellawatte, Bambalapitiya, Kollupitiya and Dehiwala. Now, Seagull apartments are densely located and are well known among the local population.

The company disbanded after being accused of breach of trust in 2015. The apartments have developed their own welfare committees and are under their own individual managements.^[1]

The company has built and established over 30 apartment complexes in the Colombo suburbs. Below is the list of names of the apartments which are currently registered with the prefix of Seagull. In addition to this, Seagull has also developed a lodging complex in Nuwara Eliya which currently goes by the name "Ashley Hills".
