Santhosh Karthik (born February 14, 2010) is an American student and chess player.
Early life and education
editKarthik was born in Scripps Ranch Hospital, San Diego. He went to Kids Care Club where he tried to catch a bird but miserably failed.[1]
In elementary school he went to Monterey Ridge Elementary School from kindergarten to second grade, and he moved. So he switched to Del Sur Elementary School.
After this, he went to Oak Valley Middle school from the sixth to eighth grade.
Chess
editKarthik may not be the greatest at chess, but he's still learning. He has currently been playing for over a year and has recently reached a rating of 1200 on chess.com.[2] He is also a five-time chess champion at Oak Valley Middle School.
