Salehiya Healthcare was founded in 1964 by the late Sheikh Mohammad Bin Saleh Bin Sultan to enhance healthcare delivery in Saudi Arabia.[3] He started by building a hospital that provided good healthcare services during the era. This led to the birth of Salehiya as medical firm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with its headquarters located in Riyadh, Ar Riyad.[4]

In 2021, Salehiya announced the signing of an agreement to integrate their first major sustainable solar solution into their GDP-Compliant Healthcare Mega Distribution Center.[5]
