Early life born and raised in California, Duane Rudolph Roebuck ( January 13,1911 To April 1,1984) was an american championship boxer who competed from 1920 to 1966. nicknamed "Duane the destroyer" he was pretty strong during his life and tackled many opponents while in his career, hence earning him the nickname "Duane the destroyer".

Professional career while roebuck had a suspicious record on his official documents stating that "he was a very disruptive child who had a pointless dream to become a professional boxer" his drafters were originally unsure about including him to go on to the ring, but roebuck later convinced them that he "changed himself for the better" and his drafters immediately let him in to go out on to the ring.

from there, he attempted seven knockouts with seven opponents and thus, his career launched.

Born January 13,1911, Santa Monica, California, U.S. Died April 1,1984, (aged 73) Palm Desert, California Later life Roebuck died from gunshot wounds to the chest while in his car and was pronounced dead at his home five minutes later at a local hospital in Palm Desert, California on April 1,1984.
