When he learned about the U.S. Army Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps. at age 18, he decided to get his undergraduate degree, attend law school, and serve as a United States Army JAG Officer.

Robert graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Nothern University with a degree in history and political science, and earned his JD from the Pettit College of Law. In law school, he was an award-winning member of the moot court trial team, traveling all over the country arguing cases. After graduating with honors, Robert attended the Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School, where he studied military law.
