River Rock Advisors was founded in September 2013 by Steve Keener and Gary Jones.[4][5]
Headquartered in Rocky River, OH, the company helps clients address performance deficiencies and identify opportunities for improvement.[6][7][8]
Its project-based services include situational investigations, program value management, prescriptive recommendations, business segmentation and solution differentiation, logistics performance monitoring, inventory strategies and planning, supply chain and network strategy, and transportation strategy analysis.[1][6][9]
River Rock Advisors has developed the 3D-Ops model that identifies issues that cause service, cost and, capital to go out of balance.[5]
The company has a subsidiary, Operational Performance.[10][11][12][13]
