Rafeeq Habeeb (Rafeeq PH Ahmed) (Rafeeq Ahmed RPH) is an Indian, Doctorate Consumer Safety Specialist Officer for the U.S Food and Drug Administration (Department of Health and Human Services). He joined the FDA in 2018, and has held multiple ranking positions. He has conducted countless on-site inspections, met with state and local officials to consult with them about safety related issues, Provided advisory, liaison, and consultative services to regulated industries, State and Federal agencies and management, performed analyses and evaluation on data samples and documented information gathered during inspections and investigations, and provided testimony in court regarding the conditions of the manufacturer and the circumstances surrounding the samples collected.
