Rad (and other Gods in the Lango religion) has had a small following over 2000 years, having a strong following during approximately 138-128 BC.

Rad was shown in ancient inscriptions as leading alongside Whon (Pronounced “hu-on”) and people giving offerings such as beads and bread in exchange for Rad granting their prayers, which were granted often.

In the early days of the religion, people were often buried with a red stone or gem, showing that they believed in Rad and supported him.

Rad was depicted as being omnibenevolent and caring to everyone who sook refuge from the burden of normal life and wanted to start a new life away from the troubles of life. As a result of this, many “care houses” popped up for people who needed a place to stay, like a old hotel.

In recent years, teens as young as 13 have seen visions of Rad showing them the way to have a healthy balanced way in life.
