Qinshift is a software development and technology consulting company headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. It operates from 28 centers across Europe, the Americas, and Asia. The company has operated for over 23 years and is comprised of six companies, namely Seavus, Musala Soft, Cleverlance, Komix Digital, and Stratiteq via acquisitions.[2]
History edit
Qinshift's formation resulted from a series of mergers and acquisitions. In 2019, KKCG Group, a venture capital and private equity principal, acquired the Czech firm Cleverlance.[3] This initial acquisition was followed by further consolidations in 2021 when Cleverlance merged with another Czech technology company, Komix Digital.[4]
In 2020, Swedish-based IT services and consultancy company Seavus became a part of the group.[5] Sweden's technology company Stratiteq also joined this group in 2021.[6] Polish company Clearcode was acquired in the same year.[7] In 2022, Musala Soft, a software development company was last to join the group.[8] Qinshift was formally established in June 2023, as Cleverlance, Seavus, Komix Digital, Stratiteq, Clearcode, and Musala Soft merged to create the company with 3,000 IT specialists.[9]
Operations edit
Qinshift specializes in executing large-scale IT projects and providing support for digital transformation initiatives. They mostly cooperate with partners from the fintech, banking, manufacturing, healthcare, telecommunication, automotive, and insurance industries.[1]
Qinshift has offices in the Czech Republic, Macedonia, Serbia, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Turkey, Sweden, Spain, Switzerland, Poland, Egypt, the US, Germany, Moldova, and Slovakia.[10]
As of 2023, the organization employs roughly 3,500 people who work in fields such as software engineering, data analytics, artificial intelligence, user experience design, and cloud computing.[1][11]
Qinshift is a Salesforce partner, as well as a Microsoft Gold-certified partner.[12]
