Dr. Prasad Patibandla is a highly esteemed social activist, education reformer, and cybersecurity entrepreneur hailing from Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Patibandla is a social entrepreneur, job skill promoter for rural youth, village sports catalyst, and a certified ISO 27001 Compliance Lead Auditor. He is a social media and threat intelligence professional, EC-Council Certified Computer Hacking and Forensic Investigator (CHFI V9) with various cybersecurity skills, including cyber-crime detection, networking protocols, penetration testing, vulnerability assessments, digital forensics, OSINT, cyber laws, and IPR infringement. He is a teaching, training, and entrepreneurship professional with over 20 years of working experience.
He is currently the Founding Director at the Centre for Research on Cyber Intelligence & Digital Forensics, a former Senior Subject Matter Expert for Govt. of India (MHA-I4C) Project Verticals, and a freelance cyber crime analyst at the Central Detective Training Institute (C.D.T.I-Hyderabad), Central Detective Training Institute (C.D.T.I-Chandigarh), and Tech Advisor of Telangana State Police Academy. He has acted as an external trainer for Interpol-associated countries and conducted training under India's knowledge collaborative programs with Cambodia, Sri Lanka, the US Department of State, the CBI Academy, Railway Protection (RPF), and MoD organizations such as the Military College of EME (MCEME), Rastriya Rifles, Signal Regiments, and various state police.
He is a member of Internation Cybercrime Investigators (IFCI) and EC-Council Certified Computer Hacking and Forensic Investigator (CHFI V9), having various skillset in –Cyber Consulting Works, -Teaching, -Training Pedagogy in Computer Science & Engineering and Social Domains. As a social activist, Dr prasad Patibandla[1] has dedicated his life to uplifting marginalized communities in Andhra Pradesh. He has founded and supported numerous non- governmental works that focus on issues such as poverty alleviation, women's empowerment, and environmental conservation. One notable achievement is his work with the Rural Development Foundation (RDF), which focuses on alleviating rural poverty through sustainable development initiatives. Under his leadership, RDF has implemented programs addressing education, healthcare, and skill development, transforming the lives of thousands of individuals in Andhra Pradesh.
Believing that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty, Dr. Prasad Patibandla [2]has spearheaded efforts to improve the quality and accessibility of education in Andhra Pradesh. As part of his mission, he established the Patibandla Foundation, which works to enhance educational infrastructure and provide scholarships to students in need. Through these initiatives, Dr. Patibandla has impacted the lives of countless students, enabling them to pursue higher education and secure better futures for themselves and their families. In addition to his work with the Patibandla Foundation, Dr. Patibandla has been instrumental in shaping education policy in Andhra Pradesh. As an advisor to the state government, he has contributed significantly to the development and implementation of innovative education policies, ensuring that students receive a holistic and well-rounded education.

Through his company, Dr. Patibandla has played a crucial role in safeguarding the digital assets of Andhra Pradesh and fostering a safe online environment for its citizens.
