Platzer Fastigheter is a Swedish real estate company founded in 1966, with the brand name Platzer since 1969.

Its operations are concentrated to Gothenburg, where Platzer is one of the largest real estate companies with more than 900,000 square meters under management. It is the largest property manager in Gothenburg districts Gårda [sv] and Högsbohöjd [sv]. Platzer focuses on commercial real estate - logistics and industrial buildings, and offices. In 2024, the total valuation of Platzer's real estate holdings amounted to 28,4 billion Swedish krona.[12]

Platzer is publicly traded on Nasdaq Stockholm's Mid Cap list since 2013.
