Pepco Group N.V. (formerly known as Pepkor Europe) is a Polish holding company for the Pepco and Dealz brands in Poland as well as Poundland in the United Kingdom.[1]

Pepco Group was founded in 2015 as Pepkor Europe, the company was rebranded in 2019 to its current name.[2]
Steinhoff International, a company that owned 79% of Pepco Group, was dissolved in October 2023, with Ibex Holdings being the new shareholder.[3]
