Partha Sarathi Chakraborty (born 07 March 1986) is an Indian filmmaker known for his works in Films, Advertisements and Documentaries. He is the recipient of several accolades including National Achievers Awards. Partha is referred as one of the successful filmmakers of Indian cinema. His movies are often lighthearted but revolve around significant societal issues with humour and emotional intelligence. Partha is a Story teller with an Ongoing experience of 16 years with a recognition from INDIAN SOCIETY OF CINEMATOGRAPHERS. He has been instrumental in Journalism and running successfully Different Shows in the past & honestly holding the position of  Asst Sec Gen World Taekwondo Association of United Nation (GCS, India chapter) & member of ALL INDIA MEDIA ASSOCIATION.

Partha Sarathi Chakraborty was born on 07 March 1986 in Calcutta, India to Sharmila and Sankar Chakraborty. His kindergarten days began at the Kids Corner School (Ordnance Factory, Dum Dum). He studied there till class 1 and then moved to the neighbouring North Point Senior Secondary Boarding School. He graduated from the University of Calcutta.

Partha an Indian Director. He is also known for his 'Real To Reel', Creative & artistic approach in various field as in Direction, Cinematography & Writing. Being a Journalist of an International Media, His directorial debut is for Star Group. After this He worked in Films, Tv and OTT, Commercials as such Jewelleries, Jal, Wild Stone, Hospitalities, WBSEDCL, RP Sanjeev Goenka group, WBHDC, and many of Short films, Music videos, Govt & Corporate Documentaries, & Films with couple of awards in his bag. He started making documentaries in 2006. Took active part in group theatre movement in Calcutta. Also dedicated some time as a Videojournalist. Made his first documentary– Champdani in 2006 followed by Bohurupee. Since then, he has made a number of feature films and documentaries. Partha was greatly influenced by the movie of English language, Phillip Garrel, Satyajit Ray, and In Bengali , Ritwik Ghatak and Akira Kurosawa, who had heralded a new era in Bengali movie through his works.
