Pariphan Watcharanon (Thai: ปริภัณฑ์ วัชรานนท์), also widely known as Toh Pariphan[1] or Toh Panthamit is a Thai voice actor and director.
Biography edit
Born in Hat Yai, southern region. With a passion for watching movies since childhood made him want to be a voice actor.
Watcharanon is well known as head of the superstar dubbing team "Panthamit" to Thai film fans for his unique dubbing style, especially with Hong Kong movies including movies from neighboring countries, namely China and Taiwan.[1][2]
He is often the voice actor for the main characters in movies starring Jackie Chan, Chow Yun-fat, Andy Lau, Aaron Kwok, Leon Lai, Stephen Chow, Jet Li, Donnie Yen, etc.[1]
In addition, He is also an admirer of the superstar Mitr Chaibancha. When he heard the news of Chaibancha's death, he walked home from school crying to tell his mother, but she knew before that.[3] He has taken old footages of Chaibancha's performances, re-edited them and provided new voices in order to restore and preserve these films.[4]
