In Quantum Computing, a Parameterised Quantum Circuit (PQC) is a Quantum Circuit that contains gates with tunable parameters. In Quantum Machine Learning (QML), PQCs are used in hybrid quantum-classical (HQC) algorithms to achieve improvements over classical algorithms.[1][2]
