PV Vikram was born on 24 october 1973 in calicut to Lieutenant colonelPKPV Panicker and Kalyani Panicker. He did his schoolings from Kendriya vidyalayaKozhikode,Talbehat,srinagar,Aurangabad,Faridkot. He then joined NSS college Ottapalam and graduated in BSc Computer Science in 1994.
Military Career
Having brought up in the army family Vikram's interset was to join in the army. He was an active member of NCC and have completed 'c' certificate of NCC. Vikram was selected theIndian Military Academy Dehradun through Combined Defence Services Examination and was commissioned on 8th June 1996 as Lieutenant in Indian Army. He got commissioned to 141 Field regiment an Artillery field regiment in Indian Army where his father Lt Colonel PKPV Panicker also served in the same regiment. Service number : IC- 54362
