Summary
Owen O'Donnell is the current Leader of the Council of East Renfrewshire. He was born 24th August 1966. During his controversial reign, many might say he made East Renfrewshire a considerably worse place to live, with education and general prosperity falling. Homelessness, however has been reduced by 90% - partly due to his introduction of hostile architecture. He is married to Lian O'Donnell, born 3rd December 1965. He has three children who have been left unnamed due to privacy issues. It has been theorised that the family, while publicly expressing Irish and English heritage, are actually of North American descent.
