Otto Langey (October 20, 1851 – March 15, 1922) was a composer in the United States. His songs were recorded on Victor Records.[1] He was from Germany.[2] He wrote method books instructing on how to play various instruments.

His arrangements on classical composers were used in silent films.[3]
