Ofer Gilboa (Hebrew: עופר גלבוע, born May 30, 1959) is an Israeli entrepreneur, founder and controlling shareholder of the Challenge Group - a global air cargo conglomerate focusing on air cargo logistics and aviation services.[1]The Group, which was recently rebranded, has its management, main hub, and business center in Europe[2]. It employs 850 employees and owns a fleet of eight aircraft (Boeing 747 & 767).[3]

The Group operates eight companies, Challenge Airlines IL (ex-CAL Cargo Airlines[4]), Challenge Airlines BE, Challenge Airlines MT, Challenge Air Cargo, Challenge Handling, Challenge Logistics, Challenge Technic, and Challenge Aviation Services.[5]
