Norman T. Spann (1904 – January 13, 1964)[1] was a justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama from 1956 to 1957.

"Justice James J. Mayfield died on April 4, 1956, and Norman T. Spann was appointed to succeed him on April 16, 1956. Justice Spann resigned, and on January 15, 1957, James S. Coleman, Jr., took office as an Associate Justice pursuant to his election to succeed Justice Spann".[2]
